Detailed Work Profile
Total responsibility of delivery of project in
stipulated budget, schedule time and
specified acceptable quality standards.
Coordination with Architects, Consultants,
to prepare designs, drawings, tender
documents etc.
Coordination with marketing team, lead
tender process and assist in finalizing
various contracting agencies.
Build suitable team to execute the project
(internal/ External Agencies)
Certify bills, invoices of agencies.
Brief the developer from time to time about
progress of the project.
In short lead the construction project towards
successful completion of project.

Plot Size: 12000 sqm
Construction area including underground
parking: 950000 sq feet Ultra modern
commercial multi purpose premises with
retail at GF. Conceptual Architect: From
Singapore
Project Duration: 24- 30 months
